What is freeze drying?
Freeze drying is a low temperature dehydration process that involves freezing the product, lowering the pressure, then removing the ice by sublimation. In other words, all moisture content is removed from the item(s). Imagine Ice Cream crunching with each bite and then melting away.

Do you Deliver?
I offer Free, to your door delivery on orders over $30 to Saskatoon, Warman, Dalmeny, Martensville, Vonda, Aberdeen, Cudworth, Wakaw, as well as Humboldt and area.  Delivery will happen within 7 days of ordering and must be to a residential address - no apartments or P.O. Boxes.  Delivery to your door is $5 on orders under $30.

I offer standard shipping with Canada Post - it is an additional $20 and FREE on orders over $75.

When Does My Order Ship?
Orders ship out within 7 business days from the date of purchase and arrive within the time frame given by Canada Post.

How Do I Store My Treats?
Because  the moisture has been removed from each item, and treats are packaged in an air-tight bag, your treats are fine to be kept right on the counter (out of sunlight!) for easy access, or in the pantry for a more secret storing location. The shelf life of properly stored, un-opened freeze dried items is 20+ years - tuck a pack away to enjoy in the years to come!

Do You Accept Returns?
Due to the nature of the products, I am unable to accept returns.  All sales are final.
